Shipped by Prompt is written by shipwright.
I maintain the AI app launch starter on GitHub, the deploy check on this site, and these guides. They grew out of the same three questions that come up again and again on Netlify's support forum and in the Lovable and Bolt communities: why a refreshed page says Page not found, why form entries never arrive, and where an API key should live. Each guide follows the official docs step by step, links the threads where people got stuck, and dates every price it quotes. Clay with Maya, the demo app used throughout, is the starter plus its own pages.
What I maintain
- The AI app launch starter, MIT licensed, with Clay with Maya on a branch.
- The deploy check, which reads a public GitHub repository in your browser and lists what will break on Netlify.
- Everything else lives under the shippedbyprompt organization on GitHub.
Who the site is for
People who built a working app with an AI builder such as Lovable, Bolt or v0, and now need the part the demos skip: a real address, a domain, a working form, keys kept out of the browser, and a hosting bill that makes sense. Most readers are not developers, so every guide explains the why before the how and gives you prompts you can paste into your builder.
How the guides are written
Every fact on this site comes from a source you can check: the official docs and pricing pages of the tools, and the support forums where their users report problems. Prices and limits carry the date they were checked. The site only describes what it can show you a source for. The full method is on How we research.
Money
Some links on the site are affiliate links. That is explained on the disclosure page, including what it does and does not change.
